History: Brought into the federation in mid 2001 on a whim, Circus was immediately put through a rigorous training routine by reigning champion Stealth and former champion Mr. Brick. Circus eventually came back to battle Stealth and Mr. Brick in a match that resulted in him becoming Heavyweight Champion, and he then lost the title to Shaunny B in a controversial match, where the validity of Shaunny B's victory has been questioned. This event and recent events have driven Circus to the point where he has questioned all the roads he's taken.

Circus then formed a stable with former enemies Stealth and Mr. Brick, aptly titled the American Destruction Association, who were arguably the Number 1 most destructive force in Federation history. After rising to destroy and become the catalyst in the downfall of rival stable The Sinners, The ADA lost focus and became better known as the American Drunk Association, entering matches intoxicated and beating themselves instead of their opponent. This resulted in a serious Knee injury to Mr. Brick, causing his immediate retirement. Circus and Stealth continued on, more focused, and defeated Shaun B and Mark Janson for the tag titles. They then lost focus again, became raging drunks, and lost their titles.

After the ADA disbanded, Circus began to question whether he had any true allies. Circus is out and he has something to prove this time. He believes that he must reach the top and destroy all who oppose him, regardless of the past. Circus wants gold and blood... preferably at the same time, and will stop at nothing until he achieves them both... and then he'll keep going.

Frank Foley made an incredible impact in the federation during his rookie year, and made it known through his matches that he would do anything in his power to make his matches the most high-velocity, brutal, seething fights that anybody could ever lay eyes on.
